Have you ever wanted to take the kids camping but not sure how they will do or how to get started? This is the perfect event for your family! Join us Friday, Sept. 5- Saturday, Sept. 6 for the 3rd annual Community Campout, an overnight camping adventure on the Jones Center campus. The event includes campfire cooking, lots of activities for the kids, live music, a cozy late-night movie, and sunrise yoga. And the best part is the relaxed, welcoming vibe.
Pick up a kids’ activity guide and take part in bird watching, a scavenger hunt, a kids gardening tutorial, or simply relax in a hammock. It’s your campout and your choice! Whatever experience you’re looking for, Jones Center staff will be there to assist you and ensure your camping experience is enjoyable. We’ll meet you in the great outdoors!
